Working through agents in Central America, Carmanah’s Solar LED Lighting Group has received a contract to supply solar-powered tower lighting for wind energy meteorological towers and telecommunications towers in Costa Rica, Honduras and Guatemala.

This installation, in addition to previous installations, enhances Carmanah’s presence in Central America, where it now has installations in every country. Carmanah’s solar LED tower lighting technology is well suited for the region’s remote areas.

About Carmanah’s Solar LED Tower Lights

Carmanah’s solar-powered LED tower lights are completely self-contained and can be installed in minutes with minimal technical expertise. They are designed to operate with no scheduled maintenance for up to 5 years.

As Carmanah’s solar-powered tower lights use light emitting diodes for illumination, there are no bulbs to replace for their operating life. Carmanah’s tower lights are also shock-proof, vibration-proof and watertight. They have been field-proven worldwide to operate reliably under the harshest of environmental conditions and extreme temperatures.
